Exodus 3:1-15John 8:56-59- Jesus claimed to be God who revealed himself in the burning bush.
- Jesus either a lunatic, a liar, or Lord.
- Jesus is the God of the Exodus.
- Jesus is eternal, uncreated God.
- Jesus is the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
- Jesus is the God of the Jewish people.
- Jesus is the defining standard of reality.
- Jesus is the covenant-keeping God.
- The holy God of the burning bush is himself walking into the presence of sinful men—as Savior.
- Yahweh who rescued his people from slavery in Egypt…and is now rescuing his people from slavery to sin.
