The Beginning

God created everything good. When God added humanity to his creation, he upgraded his assessment of his creation to, “very good.”

The Fall

“The Fall” refers to mankind’s transition from a state of innocent obedience to a state of guilty disobedience. The Fall brought physical and spiritual death into the world for all people. Because of humanity’s union with Adam all people are by nature and by choice.

Rescue

Only God can rescue us from the wrath of God to come.

Reconciliation

Our problem is not only one of guilt but of broken relationship.

Renewal

God’s grace to people through the saving work of Jesus saves us from not only the consequences of our sin but from remaining sinful people. God’s saving grace is a transformative grace.
